Registration
Registration is open for the 2027 AEP Conference!
Take advantage of our SUPER Early Bird rate of $825 when you register by August 31. Starting September 1, the Early Bird rate of $895 will apply through October 15. Starting October 16, the regular rate of $995 begins.
Attendee Policy: Academic Event Professional (AEP) is an organization created and managed by academic event professionals for the benefit of providing educational and networking opportunities. Attendance at the AEP Conference is limited to event professionals employed directly by, or emeriti of education institutions and sponsors of the AEP Conference.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations 60 days out (January 11, 2027) are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 service fee. Cancellations 30 days out (February 10, 2027) will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 30 days of the conference will have funds applied to 2028 AEP conference registration.
Hotel
The official conference hotel block has been contracted at the JB Duke Hotel and is open for reservations.
