The 2026 AEP Conference will take place March 1-2, 2026 in Los Angeles, California on the campus of the University of Southern California.

Registration is open for the AEP Conference!
Take advantage of our SUPER early bird rate of $795 when you register by August 1. Starting August 2, the early bird rate of $850 will apply through October 15. Starting October 16 the regular rate of $975 begins.

Attendee Policy: Academic Event Professional (AEP) is an organization created and managed by academic event professionals for the benefit of providing educational and networking opportunities. Attendance at the AEP Conference is limited primarily to event professionals employed directly by, or emeriti of education institutions and sponsors of the AEP Conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations 60 days out (December 31, 2025) are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 service fee. Cancellations 30 days out (January 30, 2026) will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 30 days of the conference will have funds applied to 2027 AEP conference registration. 

The official AEP 2026 Conference hotel block has been contracted with the USC Hotel at $189++/night! It’s the perfect spot for your conference stay and is directly across the street from our conference venues. Reserve your room in advance HERE or via the USC Hotel reservation number at (213)748-4141 under the “AEP Conference Attendee” hotel block name. The block dates are for Friday, February 27 – Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
