The 2025 AEP Conference will take place February 23-24, 2025 in North Miami, Florida on the campus of Florida International University, Biscayne Bay Campus.

Attendee Policy: Academic Event Professional (AEP) is an organization created and managed by academic event professionals for the benefit of providing educational and networking opportunities. Attendance at the AEP Conference is limited primarily to event professionals employed directly by, or emeriti of education institutions, and sponsors of the AEP Conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations 60 days out are eligible for a full refund, 30 days out will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 30 days of the conference will have funds applied to 2026 AEP registration.

The room block for the 2025 AEP Conference is open and available for booking! Be sure to secure your room in advance or call the Aloft reservation number at 1-877-619-0408 and book under the Academic Conference Hotel Block.

The hotel block dates are for February 21 – 24, 2025. Be sure to adjust the specific dates of your travel in the reservation link before you book. If booking nights outside of February 21 – 24, please call the Aloft reservation number above.
